How do Bricksave differentiate themselves from other crowdfunding platforms?

One of the questions we are most regularly asked by potential clients is ‘what makes Bricksave different from other investment or crowdfunding platforms on the market today?’

With the mass adoption of alternative investment models on the internet, investors now have a number of choices for how to put their capital to work and since we launched our platform numerous equity and real estate crowdfunding platforms have been released online. At Bricksave however, we still believe that what made us different from other offerings available still holds true today.

When Sofia Gancedo and Tom de Lucy founded Bricksave they passionately believed that Real Estate Crowdfunding could revolutionise the real estate investment market and in turn make a genuine difference to people’s lives. They wanted to make one of the world’s best investment classes available to everyone. while remaining aware of the responsibility and trust that clients put in our hands when deciding to invest their hard earned savings.

As a result of this Bricksave was built upon the following fundamentals:

  1. Conservative is best
  2. Avoid leverage and debt wherever possible
  3. Generate yields from day one
  4. Look to minimize risk at every stage of the due diligence process
  5. Build a long term brand that grows with its customers and their investments
  6. Always look to achieve the best, most secure returns possible don’t just match what our competitors are doing
  7. Focus on protecting our clients and their capital as a primary role

These ‘golden rules’ have always been at the forefront of our mind when choosing investment opportunities and have played a major part in which opportunities we choose for our clients. Learn more about our four key rules for choosing investment properties

We know that many of our competitors often make “too good to be true” promises offering impossible high returns and selling products for other companies without running their own due diligence. What matters most to us however is to offer the best quality products and returns to our investors.

We have built a world class team with over $6 billion worth of direct real estate investment experience and employees on the ground in 4 different continents ensuring we can deliver the best product to our clients. The result of this is that to date all of our investment projects have returned higher returns than forecast and 70% of our investors have invested multiple times. Our CEO, Tom de Lucy, firmly believes that the best validation of our product and the best way to generate new clients is not to promise the world but to deliver a secure product, that offers solid returns so that clients feel comfortable recommending it to their friends.

Ultimately we are trying to create a new class of investor and democratize real estate investing and we realize that by investing through our platform our clients are putting their money, trust and their futures in our hands. It is up to Bricksave to reward that faith and over deliver in everything we do, whilst ensuring our clients are exposed to as little risk as possible.
