Due to recent rapid growth and in order to keep up with investors' demand, Bricksave is looking for an Investment Credit Facility secured by Real Estate properties. Over the last 12 months Bricksave has increased its AUM to $47M. Its strong real estate network and expertise is allowing Bricksave to originate strong, off-market, investment opportunities. However given current financing limitations, Bricksave is unable to act upon those opportunities restricting growth and reducing the potential returns to investors.
Excellent Risk-Adjusted Returns
Bricksave is seeking an investment facility with an interest of 7%. Interests will be paid monthly in arrears.
Significant Investor Protections
Investors' capital is secured against the property with a 1st charge and has a priority return of 7%. No other debt liens are secured against the properties.

The Bricksave team has completed in excess of $47m acquisition and more than 300 transactions. The management team and investment team have an excellent track record of purchasing, operating and selling residential assets in the U.S. and Europe.
