Andy’s 20 years’ experience includes setting up a commercial data division for the Ministry of Sound. Since 2008, Andy has focused on driving marketing operations for start-up investment firms, SME developers in the UK and large commercial developments such as Asian Business Port, London.

At JP Morgan and Citibank, Ruben has over 10 years of international banking and real estate experience across the UK, Europe and Brazil. At Brickvest, a leading Crowdfunding platform, he led real estate investments in excess of $30 million and advised on over $200m of commercial real estate transactions.
Maristella Arifi, Real Estate Specialist
Formerly at CBRE working in the development monitoring team, Maristella brings her strong analytical and reporting background to the Asset Management and Sourcing Teams at Bricksave. She has overseen more than $12m investments in real estate.

Patrick is a Director at Kinled Holding Ltd. He is an experienced business builder and direct investor and been intrinsically involved with over 70 early-stage investments, 11 IPOs and real estate investment portfolios across 6 continents. He has invested over $20m in real estate.

A serial entrepreneur and business builder, Brian is one of the largest private mortgage investors across the last cycle. He is the Founder of Future Finance, Europe’s largest student loan provider and Supply Finance, managing over $1.2bn in real estate debt assets.
Daniel Angenscheidt, Head of Sales
Daniel recently joined Bricksave, at the start of 2025, as Head of Sales. He brings over 15 years of experience in Wealth Management from his previous role as Senior Investment Advisor and Investment Strategy Analyst for various multinational companies such as Royal Bank of Canada, Puente and Balanz, covering the whole of LatAm from Montevideo, and managing over US$30m of assets.
Florent Danset, Chief Investment Officer, Bricksave Capital
Starting in the real estate private equity division of Blackstone, Florent led investments across multiple asset classes in Europe. Then, moving into Partners Group, Florent launched the European real estate equity and debt investment division. Florent has been involved in the sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and structuring of more than EUR 2.4 billion of capital across 28 private equity real estate transactions in Europe.
Ricardo Arciniegas, Sales Executive
Ricardo specializes in financial modelling and capital-raising strategies. He has led asset management initiatives and developed commercial strategies that have driven key acquisitions.
Felipe Chaparro, Head of Latam - Colombia
Felipe, who currently serves as our Country Manager in Colombia, is a serial entrepreneur and an experienced professional with over 7 years in the real estate industry. He led the financial structuring of a US$30m project in Bogotá and successfully founded three companies. His ability to manage complex initiatives and his innovative approach stand out in his multifaceted track record.
Paulina Moskala, Real Estate Financial Controller
With over 10 years of real estate experience, Paulina started her career in finance working for the Harrods Interior Design Studio, managing the finances of interior design projects with budgets ranging from $3m to £20m. Paulina then spent 5 years at Sloane and Cadogan Investment Management controlling the finances for a £150m Luxemburg Real Estate Fund.
Alice Dunn, Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Based in London, Alice has over 7 years' experience in property management. She started her property career at one of Foxtons, London's leading estate agencies, followed by several years as a senior property manager at Savills. In 2022 she joined the Bricksave team to manage the real estate portfolio.
Ben Mariner, Real Estate Portfolio Management Team
With experience from investment bank and wealth management firm Investec and a Master’s degree from Bayes Business School, Ben brings a combination of financial acumen, analytical, reporting and due diligence to the Asset Management team at Bricksave. Currently Ben oversees $25m of investments and aids in implementing asset level strategies, daily asset management, performance monitoring and on delivering performance metrics.
