We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who would join with the chance to end up running our Real Estate investment team and who is capable of helping to grow and managing a successful real estate department. You will work closely with the CEO and Global Head of Real Estate and be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and preparing investment opportunities for the platform as well as ongoing investment oversight. Your impact will be immediate and crucial in successfully scaling Bricksave as a leading real estate Crowdfunding platform.
The successful candidate will be coming directly from a Real Estate or Acquisitions background looking to step into a broad and challenging Investment analyst role. You will be degree educated with a minimum 2:1 from a top University and strong A-Levels (A's and B's minimum).

Reports to: CEO and Global Head of Real Estate
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Research and analyze new real estate investment opportunities and produce clear summaries and due diligence reports to enable decision-making.
Produce clear and articulate marketing material such as teasers, presentations and teasers as required for promoting new properties. This will involve research and information collation.
Designing, amending and updating models for transactions and other business needs.
Running scenarios on models and producing outputs for external and internal purposes.
Supporting commercial negotiations, including but not limited to due diligence, data room evaluations, wider geographic and economic reviews.
Assisting the sales team in investor relations and real estate queries.
Assist with preparing investment opportunity submissions showing relative strengths and weaknesses, risk assessments and complete prospectuses for potential property investments.
Play an integral role in the strategic planning and implementation of company investment policy.
Prepare necessary reports as well as monthly and quarterly reports for the CEO.
Maintain ongoing property management reports, updates on existing properties in the portfolio, and preparing relevant research and reports.
Degree level or equivalent education with financial, investment or real estate experience and training.
Minimum 2 years of real estate or investment experience
Experience in financial modeling and investment due diligence processes
Experience undertaking market analysis and research
Strong IT skills
Self-motivated and driven
Ability to explain property investment issues to non-property individuals
